Job summary

TD Bank, N.A. is seeking a teller to serve as the first point of contact for clients at our Willow Grove location. You will facilitate everyday banking transactions with accuracy and professionalism while identifying opportunities to best serve customers.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of client-facing experience; notary license is a plus. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military experience count).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide clients as the hospitality ambassador of the location, delivering a high-touch client experience.
• Process accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions and deepen relationships by identifying client needs.
• Educate clients on banking products and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and self-serve options.
• Refer clients to appropriate partners to support financial objectives and follow standard procedures for routine requests.
• Escalate non-standard issues and maintain sound judgment in decision making.
