Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients; volunteering, education, or military experience counts.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the client experience by managing client flow and inquiries.
• Delivers hospitality ambassador experience aligned to TD’s service strategy.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities; suggests solutions.
• Performs a broad range of client transactions within financial limits.
• Identifies routine issues and escalates non-standard questions internally.
