You will open accounts, educate customers on Chase Mobile App and Chase.com, and collaborate with teammates to provide seamless experiences while following policy and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or equivalent in a client-facing role.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Strong communication and problem-solving for day-to-day banking needs.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while complying with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATM usage to meet needs.
• Build relationships with clients and collaborate with branch team to achieve goals.
• Handle branch operations including cash devices per bank procedures.
