Bank of America is hiring for a client associate role in the United States (MD area). The position focuses on engaging clients in the lobby, educating them on self‑service options, and processing cash transactions with accuracy and care.

You will build relationships, follow bank processes, and connect clients to financial solutions while adhering to laws and delivering a strong client experience. Weekend or extended hours may be required.

Formación

• Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial products and solutions.
• One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
• Six months of cash handling experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance.

Responsabilidades

• Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions via self-service resources.
• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Develop deep conversations to understand client financial goals and connect to solutions.
• Build relationships, follow processes and comply with laws and regulations.
• Manage center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls; drive client experience.
