Responsibilities

• Greet clients and create a welcoming branch environment.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts while following policy and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build trusted client relationships by listening, asking questions and offering solutions.
• Support branch operations and cash handling in line with bank policies.
