Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a dynamic Client Service Associate to provide high-touch administrative support to Financial Advisors, clients, and branch staff.

The role requires strong communication across phone, email, in-person, and virtual channels, excellent organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Prior securities industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 1+ years securities industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Services a high volume of daily interactions with clients by phone, in-person, and email.
• Processes client financial transactions and advisor/branch expenses.
• Opens new client accounts and researches client information.
• Prepares letters, forms and reports to assist servicing existing and prospecting clients.
• Maintains records and files using CRM software.
• Assists Financial Advisors with client events and seminars.
