Responsibilities

• Serves high volume of daily interactions with clients by phone, email, in-person, or virtual.
• Processes client financial transactions and expenses with accuracy.
• Opens new client accounts and researches client information in internal databases.
• Prepares letters, forms and reports to assist servicing existing and prospective clients.
• Maintains records and files using Client Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Assists Financial Advisors with marketing events and client outreach.
