Job summary

Raymond James seeks a dynamic Client Service Associate to provide high-touch administrative support to Financial Advisors, clients, and branch staff in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong communication across multiple channels, excellent organization, and the ability to manage several tasks with changing priorities.

The candidate should have a High School diploma (or equivalent) and 0–3 months securities industry experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 1+ years securities industry or related work experience preferred.
• Experience using CRM systems and Excel for reporting is expected.
• Strong communication skills across phone, email, in-person and virtual channels.

Responsibilities

• Serve high volume client interactions via phone, in person, virtual, and mailings.
• Support financial advisors and branch staff, working independently and in teams.
• Process client financial transactions and manage expenses and reports.
• Open new client accounts and verify information using internal databases.
• Prepare letters, forms, and reports for servicing clients and prospecting.
• Create and maintain CRM records and assist with marketing events.
