Job summary

State Collection Service is seeking a Client Service Account Specialist to act as the day-to-day liaison between the company and its clients. You will handle information requests, issues, and client-related tasks, producing reports and coordinating meetings to support service quality and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in B2B or client-facing roles, proficiency with MS Office, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in B2B, Patient Billing, or client-facing roles.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Ability to create, maintain, analyze and distribute reports.
• Strong rapport-building and problem-resolution skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage correspondence, requests for information and issues from clients promptly.
• Assist in preparing and conducting client meetings: gather data, agenda, schedules, trackers.
• Edit and proofread meeting booklets; publish minutes and open tickets.
• Participate in internal meetings with manager and other departments.
• Respond to internal inquiries regarding clients and accounts.
• Produce and distribute reports on client and department activity.
• Proactively communicate client issues and changes to internal teams.
• Seek additional business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
