Responsibilities include preparing client reports, coordinating meetings, and collaborating with internal departments to resolve client issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a B2B, Patient Billing or client-facing role.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; strong keyboarding.

Responsibilities

• Handle client information requests via email, phone and meetings.
• Prepare and present client reports; develop data on activity and performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and update meeting trackers and follow-up items.
• Document and publish meeting minutes; open tickets from meetings.
• Communicate proactively with clients and internal staff about issues and changes.
• Assist in training and mentoring within Client Service and Business Support.
