Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking an entry-level Insurance Client Service Coordinator for the ESPI Programs Division. The position supports the Property & Casualty team, handles client inquiries, and assists with renewals, RFPs and client presentations.

The role is hybrid, based in Rancho Cordova, CA, and requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new software systems. Prior insurance experience is not required, but a license will be pursued.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to learn software systems quickly.
• Able to multi-task and manage multiple projects with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via online services within guidelines while delivering excellent customer service.
• Determine services to be provided at renewal/onboarding with input from teams.
• Communicate responsibilities and timelines to team members.
• Consolidate data from multiple departments into coherent deliverables.
• Support external marketing campaigns and day-to-day account service.
