As a Client Enrollment Specialist, you will support client conversations, organize appointment details, and help people navigate benefit-related information with care. The work is active and people-facing, so each day calls for attention to detail, a professional tone, and the ability to follow through after the initial conversation.

You will not be expected to arrive with every answer already memorized. Training includes examples, guided practice, feedback, and a repeatable workflow that helps you build confidence step by step. Candidates who have worked in customer service, hospitality, retail, reception, scheduling, athletics, recruiting, or other high-contact settings may find their experience transfers well.
