Training, examples, and coaching are provided, and neither prior insurance experience nor a college degree is required. Customer service, hospitality, retail, recruiting, athletics, fitness, and other high-contact backgrounds can transfer well.

First-year earning potential generally ranges from $70,000 to $100,000. Earning potential grows with performance in this independent contractor role, with strong results opening the door to greater client and leadership responsibility.
