• Share relevant options and help clients understand available choices.
• Coordinate services through approved supplier platforms and resources.
• Maintain regular follow-up regarding pending decisions, missing information, deadlines, and next steps.
• Provide timely updates and respond to routine planning questions.
• Keep client notes, reservation details, and communication records organized and accurate.
• Continue developing knowledge of destinations, suppliers, and vacation products.

In this role, you will help create a positive planning experience by learning what clients are looking for, researching suitable vacation options, and staying connected with them as their plans develop. This opportunity is a strong fit for individuals who enjoy communicating with people, building rapport, following up consistently, and helping clients move confidently through the planning process. Previous professional travel experience is not required. Training and ongoing guidance are provided.

What You'll Do

• Research resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and vacation packages that match individual needs.
