Responsabilidades

• Connect with clients to understand destination interests, dates, budgets, preferences, and requests.
• Research resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, and packages.
• Help clients compare options and coordinate services through supplier resources.
• Keep reservation details, confirmations, schedules, and itineraries organized.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and assist with changes as needed.
• Keep client records current while expanding destination and supplier knowledge.

Summary Overview

Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

• Maintain regular communication through updates, follow-up, routine question support, and assistance with standard changes.
• Keep client records current while continuing to build destination and supplier knowledge.
