Job summary

The Bob & Ronna Group is seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to join our in-office team in the Frederick area. You will engage with inquiries via calls, texts, and emails, build lasting client relationships, and manage CRM and sales pipelines.

You will connect clients with the appropriate Outside Sales Agent to meet their needs. Evening and weekend availability are required, and you must hold a Maryland and/or Virginia real estate license.
