Job summary

The Bob & Ronna Group in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Client Engagement Specialist for our fast-paced real estate team. This is an in-office, full-time role with evening and weekend availability to connect with clients and support the sales process.

Responsibilities include engaging with inquiries via calls, texts, and emails; building relationships; maintaining the CRM and sales pipeline; and connecting clients with the right Outside Sales Agent.

MUST HAVE A VALID MARYLAND AND/OR VIRGINIA REAL ESTATE LICENSE
