Job summary

The Bob & Ronna Group in Maryland and Virginia is seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to connect with clients, build relationships, and drive sales in a fast-paced real estate environment. This is an in-office, full-time position requiring evening and weekend availability.

You will manage inquiries via calls, texts, and emails, maintain the CRM and sales pipeline, and pair clients with the right Outside Sales Agent. A Maryland or Virginia real estate license is required to apply.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Maryland and/or Virginia real estate license.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales software.

Responsibilities

• Engage with incoming inquiries via calls, texts, and emails.
