Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent business results through teams, inspecting opportunities and removing barriers; identify SMEs for design and execution.
• Capture project requirements, scope and success metrics with Business Development and Deployment Solutions leads.
• Maintain post-win Salesforce documentation for all opportunities and document project development strategy, schedule, costs, and resources.
• Mobilize cross-functional teams (CRM, Incentive Compensation, Data, Reporting) for execution planning and tradeoff assessment.
• Monitor activities, risks, and issues to ensure progress on schedule and alignment with customer requirements.
