You will partner with Business Development and cross-functional teams to manage scope, timelines, and success metrics, ensuring smooth handoffs and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong program management, Salesforce documentation, and collaboration across CRM, data, and reporting domains to deliver value for life sciences clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and experience in client services/operations preferred.
• Experience in life sciences operations or related field is a plus.
• Strong project management and documentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and success metrics.
• Capture project requirements with Business Development and Deployment Solutions leads.
• Document opportunities in Salesforce and support from opportunity initiation through activation.
• Track progress, risks, and issues; escalate and mitigate as needed.
• Facilitate timely status reviews and ensure alignment with client expectations.
