Job summary

Stretch Zone in East Lyme, CT is seeking a Client Engagement Associate to welcome members, schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and ensure a top-notch member experience.

No prior experience is required—bring enthusiasm, strong communication, and a desire to help others. You will support membership sales, enjoy a flexible schedule, and gain access to health benefits and a 401(k).

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming members, scheduling appointments, handling phone inquiries, and resolving questions or concerns.
• Support member retention through proactive outreach and delivering a smooth, positive member experience.
• Share the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching by recommending membership packages that align with client goals.
• Support sales goals, recommending add-on sessions, and continually sharpen client engagement skills to create a report with clients.

Compensation

• Salary is based on a base hourly rate plus 10% commission on membership sales
• Access to health and 401K benefits
• Additional bonus potential based off of studio performance
