Stretch Zone is seeking a Client Engagement Associate in East Lyme, CT to welcome members, schedule appointments, and answer questions. The role emphasizes delivering an exceptional member experience and supporting retention through proactive outreach.

• Provide outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming members, scheduling appointments, handling phone inquiries, and resolving questions or concerns
• Support strong member retention through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and delivering a smooth, positive member experience
• Share the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching by recommending membership packages that align with client goals.
• Support sales goals, recommending add-on sessions, and continually sharpen client engagement skills to create a report with clients

Responsibilities

Compensation

• Salary is based on a base hourly rate plus 10% commission on membership sales
• Access to health and 401K benefits
