Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking a Client Engagement Associate in East Lyme, CT to warmly welcome members, schedule appointments, handle inquiries, and resolve concerns. You will support retention through proactive outreach and a positive member experience, while educating clients on stretching benefits and membership options.

The role emphasizes sales support, add-on session recommendations, and ongoing engagement to drive growth and client satisfaction.

• Provide outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming members, scheduling appointments, handling phone inquiries, and resolving questions or concerns.
• Support strong member retention through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and delivering a smooth, positive member experience.
• Share the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching by recommending membership packages that align with client goals.
• Support sales goals, recommending add-on sessions, and continually sharpen client engagement skills to create a report with clients.

Compensation

• Salary is based on a base hourly rate plus 10% commission on membership sales
• Access to health and 401K benefits
• Additional bonus potential based off of studio performance
