Compensation Structure

• Base pay with performance-based increases

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales and lead your team to meet sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service, including greeting clients, scheduling, and addressing concerns
• Lead, coach, and hold your team accountable for daily operations and goals
• Enhance member retention through excellent service and follow-ups
• Model exemplary behavior and support your team daily
• Monitor KPIs and assist in tracking sales performance
• Promote the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching and encourage sales growth
