Job summary

Stretch Zone in Mystic, CT seeks a Client Engagement Associate to warmly welcome members, schedule sessions, handle inquiries, and resolve questions. You will help drive a smooth, positive member experience and contribute to member retention through proactive outreach.

No prior experience is required; the role values enthusiasm, a people-first mindset, and a desire to learn and grow while supporting membership sales and program participation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming members, scheduling appointments, handling phone inquiries, and resolving questions or concerns.
• Support strong member retention through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and delivering a smooth, positive member experience.
• Share the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching by recommending membership packages that align with client goals.
• Support sales goals, recommending add-on sessions, and continually sharpen client engagement skills to create a report with clients.

Compensation

• Salary is based on a base hourly rate plus 10% commission on membership sales


• Access to health and 401K benefits


• Additional bonus potential based off of studio performance
