Job summary

Stretch Zone in Mystic, CT is seeking a Client Engagement Associate to warmly welcome members, schedule appointments, answer questions, and ensure a smooth, friendly experience.

You will engage with members to explain benefits of Stretch Zone services, support retention through outreach, and help grow membership by suggesting packages. No prior experience required—enthusiasm and a people-first attitude matter.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and a people-first mindset.
• Eagerness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming members, scheduling appointments, handling phone inquiries, and resolving questions or concerns.
• Support strong member retention through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and delivering a smooth, positive member experience.
• Share the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching by recommending membership packages that align with client goals.
• Support sales goals, recommending add-on sessions, and continually sharpen client engagement skills to create a report with clients

Compensation

• Salary is based on a base hourly rate plus 10% commission on membership sales
• Access to health and 401K benefits
• Additional bonus potential based off of studio performance
