plzfix.ai in New York/Paris hybrid seeks a Senior, embedded, client-facing leader who can run a squad of AI agents and human experts inside a client organization to ensure AI changes how work gets done. You own the client relationship, diagnose where AI changes processes, drive adoption, and coordinate between agents, experts and client leadership to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting or transformation, including at least one large program you ran, not supported.
• Daily, hands-on AI practice: you've built things with LLMs that others use, and you can direct technical work without owning it.
• Management reflexes applied to a new kind of team: you brief, review and coach — and you'll do it with agents in the morning and a senior human expert in the afternoon.
• Leadership presence across CIO, business head and a skeptical operations lead in the same week.
• Comfortable being the first of your kind in a founder-led company where the playbook is still being written.
• Regulated industries, financial services in particular, a plus.

Responsibilities

• The client relationship: sponsor, steering committee, expectations, and the hard conversations.
• Diagnose where AI genuinely changes work in that organization, agree measurable outcomes, and hold everyone to them — including us.
• Drive the change: stakeholder mapping, resistance, role redefinition, manager coaching, adoption metrics reported without spin.
• The agents: Manage agents the way a good manager runs a team of analysts: clear briefs, context, review, feedback, and a decision on what's good enough to ship.
• Build prompts, skills and light workflows alongside the client's teams so the agents keep working after the squad moves on.
• You are accountable for what the agents produce. Not the agents.
• The orchestration: For every piece of work, decide what goes to an agent, what goes to a human expert, and what needs both.
• Run the loop: agent output → expert review → client validation → back into the agent's knowledge base.
• Feed the platform: what worked, what broke, what becomes a reusable playbook for the next squad.
