Columbia Bank is hiring a Teller at our Burien location to be the first point of contact for clients and drive Breakthrough Client Service Standards. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and check cashing with accuracy and confidentiality, guided by Branch leadership.

We seek candidates with a High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of banking or service experience. Bilingual skills are a plus and solid attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to learn and comply with bank policies and procedures.
• Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail in written numbers and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions and cash handling with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Deposit, withdrawal, cash advances, payments, transfers, check cashing, and balancing cash drawer.
• Mitigate risk by safeguarding money in cash drawer and transfers.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships through proactive conversations and solutions.
• Follow Columbia Bank procedures and regulatory requirements in all tasks.
