The Specialist Works is seeking a Client Director to lead the planning and execution for multiple client accounts, driving cross-channel strategy and delivering best-in-class recommendations. You will manage and develop the client team, coordinate responses to briefs, and guide performance optimisation across online and offline channels.

• Senior level media agency experience leading multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong client communication and management skills.
• Expertise in online and offline media planning and measurement.
• Proven ability to translate briefs into strategic recommendations.
• Experience with new business pitches and RFP responses.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and evaluation for 3–4 client accounts.
• Oversee cross-channel strategy and ensure consistency across campaigns.
• Mentor and develop the client team to deliver best-in-class work.
• Present responses to briefs and coordinate new business pitches.
• Identify opportunities to optimise campaigns and improve performance.
