Job summary

The KellyMitchell Group is seeking a Client Development Representative to join a fast-paced, team-driven sales environment. You will build relationships with Fortune 500 prospects, learn our consultative sales approach, and drive opportunities through the sales lifecycle alongside Client Engagement Managers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect Fortune 500 companies through LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, cold calls, emails, and events.
• Schedule introductory meetings between prospects and Client Engagement Managers.
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers to prepare for and participate in client meetings.
• Research target accounts, industries, and decision makers to support business development.
