Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; marketing/communications or business field preferred.
• 1–3 years of marketing or business development experience; legal industry preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to adapt to the firm’s brand voice.
• Demonstrated organizational and project coordination skills; ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Proficiency in AI tools and data analytics platforms, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook; experience with project management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Compile client-focused data and assemble reports from analytics platforms as directed.
• Coordinate practice group meeting logistics, including room reservations, invitations, attendance tracking, agenda preparation, and meeting materials.
• Research and develop content for practice and industry group website pages and pitch materials.
• Work with proposal professionals to create pitch/proposal materials using AI-enabled platforms and PowerBI.
• Track pitch/proposal activity from intake through final submission and follow up on outcomes.
• Prepare attorney biographies and representative matters in Word, PowerPoint, and PDF formats for business development use.
• Draft and update content for the firm website, internal communications, newsletters, and other marketing channels.
