Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson in Raleigh, NC seeks a business development professional to expand client networks and identify opportunities across service lines.

You will lead proposals, coordinate market research, and monitor CRM analytics while collaborating with leadership to drive sustainable, profitable work for public agencies and private clients nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong and diverse business/industry network
• Develop relationships with new/existing clients to discover project and program information
• Conduct market research and gather information on potential markets, clients and projects
• Develop, monitor and implement strategic business and action plans for potential markets, clients, and projects
• Monitor client performance trends/issues utilizing CRM
• Obtain feedback from clients to assess past JMT performance. Develop correction action plans, as necessary
• Lead client presentations, pitches, and proposals to effectively position services and secure new business opportunities.
• Participate in training and development of future firm leaders
• Involved in Professional organizations, committees, and Officer positions
• Develop and report on Metrics of Marketing success
• Perform other related duties as assigned
