Qualifications

• BA, BS, or equivalent.
• Experience in client development or marketing in a professional services environment preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Pitches, proposals, and RFP responses in collaboration with CD teams and attorneys.
• Maintain and update marketing materials, client decks, bios, and web content.
• Generate reports on business development metrics and event performance.
• Conduct research on industries, clients, and prospects for meetings and proposals.
• Assist in submissions for surveys, league tables, rankings, and interviews.
• Support in-person and virtual events including invitations and lead tracking.
• Identify opportunities for thought leadership campaigns.
