You will collaborate with attorneys and cross-functional teams, manage lists, events, and materials, and contribute to a fast-paced, sophisticated practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and exposure to client development or marketing via internships or entry roles.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; comfortable with databases and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Dynamics CRM is a plus.
• Demonstrated interest in business development or client relationship management.
• Excellent organizational, communications, and deadline-driven skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Technology practice's business development and client outreach efforts.
• Maintain CRM data, manage client and prospect lists, and assist with reporting.
• Coordinate meetings, internal communications, and follow-up actions.
• Support events and outreach, including invitations, RSVPs, logistics, and post-event follow-up.
• Gather competitive intelligence and market research with the marketing team.
• Organize files, templates, tools, and systems for BD processes; take on new projects as needed.
• Collaborate with attorneys and cross-functional teams to enable effective client development.
