Goodwin is seeking a Client Development Assistant for the Technology group within its Global Operations Team. You will support business development and marketing efforts, ensuring CRM accuracy, reporting, and smooth execution of client development initiatives.

You will collaborate with attorneys and cross‑functional teams, manage data and templates, and assist with organizing information for pitches, events, and client outreach. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; exposure to client development or marketing preferred.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; comfortable with databases and reporting tools.
• Experience with Dynamics CRM is a plus; interest in analytics-driven BD is desirable.

• Support business development initiatives for the Technology practice with attorneys and internal teams.
• Develop knowledge of legal marketing, practice areas, market trends, and client priorities to inform outreach.
• Provide operational and data support including CRM data, client/prospect lists, and basic reporting.
• Coordinate practice group meetings, internal comms, and follow‑ups for consistent execution.
