Job summary

Dentsu is seeking an Associate Manager, Client Delivery to support day-to-day project execution and foster strong client relationships. You will coordinate timelines, manage tasks, and ensure accurate documentation across global accounts.

With guidance from senior team members, you will develop skills in client service, project delivery, and financial management while learning new project management technologies and AI-powered tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Prior experience in a client-facing or agency setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily status reporting and maintain accurate meeting notes for all account activities.
• Prepare timelines and develop project estimates in collaboration with Managers.
• Support project workflows and ensure all administrative tasks are executed accurately and timely.
• Act as primary coordination lead for global steering committee meetings; document, recap, and track actions.
• Coordinate monthly global timesheet reviews and reporting for resource tracking.
• Maintain SharePoint sites and keep playbooks current and accessible.
• Maintain NA project case study logs and ensure timely submission after project completion.
• Coordinate schedules, initiate new projects, and support resource allocation across the team.
• Support production activities across digital, print, video, etc.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and be a go-to contact for requests.
• Identify and solve problems impacting delivery or satisfaction; learn new tools and AI-powered tech.
