WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Client Delivery Data & Insights to ensure a seamless client experience and drive retention and growth. You will partner with Business Development, Data & Insights teams, and others to align client and company objectives and deliver measurable value.

The role requires deep SME knowledge in data, analytics, and trials, with leadership across marketing, operations, and client success functions. Remote work is supported with travel as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in business development support, commercial operations, or client experience.
• Proven leadership of strategic accounts and teams.
• Strong data governance and FDA regulation knowledge.
• Hands-on familiarity with analytics and BI tools.
• Excellent executive communication and relationship-building.

Responsabilidades

• Develops scalable client success strategy aligned with goals.
• Leads client-facing marketing and operations teams.
• Directs resolution of complex client issues.
• Defines KPIs and tracks client satisfaction.
• Manages renewal strategies and risk mitigation.
• Partners with Sales, Product, Operations for delivery.
