Job summary

SWCA Environmental Consultants is seeking a Marketing Manager for Client Data & Insights. You will lead the client intelligence ecosystem, oversee Deltek Vantagepoint CRM, and drive data governance, dashboards, and insights to inform marketing and sales strategies.

The role requires cross‑functional collaboration with Marketing, IT, and Client Services, plus experience in data automation, AI pilots, and program leadership. Hybrid/remote options within the United States are available.

Qualifications

• Six years of experience in CRM/marketing operations or related roles.
• Proven ability to lead Deltek Vantagepoint CRM, governance, and data quality.
• Experience with Power BI dashboards and reporting.
• Experience managing client feedback programs (Voice of the Client/Customer).
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable data and technology solutions.
• Strong collaboration and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM strategy, data governance, and dashboards across the client intelligence program.
• Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports; extract insights for strategies.
• Oversee Deltek Vantagepoint CRM integration, data structures, workflows, and reporting.
• Drive AI-enabled data enrichment, automation, and data quality initiatives.
• Lead Power BI reporting for sales, pipeline, and growth insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, technology, and sales to align data solutions.
