A Pool Day is seeking a Client Coordinator for a temporary role that may become permanent. You will be a brand ambassador, coordinating pool service schedules and supporting our customers with inquiries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service skills and effective communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Punctual, dependable and attentive to detail.
• Proficient with Gmail, Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and basic computing.

Responsibilities

• Pool Service: Scheduling, dispatching, routing technicians; monitoring appointments; managing service agreements; creating service calendars; updating customers on schedule changes; maintaining customer files.
• Office/Administrative: Providing customer assistance via phone, email, and in person; selling club memberships; managing warranty claims.
