Job summary

Riverside Casino & Golf Resort in Iowa is seeking a Client Coordinator for its Salon & Spa. You will greet guests, schedule services, educate on offerings, and drive product sales while supporting inventory control and checkout processes.

The role involves balancing the register, confirming appointments, and resolving guest challenges with a focus on exceptional service. Full-time or part-time shifts include weekends and holidays, with $15.00/hour including premium pay and PTO eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform appointment confirmations 24 hours prior to appointment schedule when needed.
• Resolve guest challenges.
• Balance and check register drawer.

Job description

To maximize service sales within a Salon and Spa while exceeding guest expectation. The Client Coordinator is the first and last point of contact with our guests, from scheduling services, product sales, conflict resolution, escorting facility tours, maintaining client database, to final billing and checkout.

Essential Functions

• Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
• Greet guest and escort to waiting area.
• Schedule guest salon and spa services while implementing proper procedures.
• Educate guests on services and products to increase sales.
• Coordinate services and maximize bookings for each service technician.
• Close sales and encourage guests to pre-book services.
• Cross-sell services.
• Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings “Huddles”.
• Responsible for inventory control.
• Perform appointment confirmations 24 hours prior to appointment schedule when needed.
• Resolve guest challenges.
• Responsible for balancing and checking register drawer. Other duties as assigned.

Required

Schedule

Full time or Part time to include: Days, Weekends & Holidays

$15.00/hour (including premium pay) with 20 hours of Paid Time Off upon hire
