Grand Falls Casino & Golf Resort ® is seeking a part-time Client Coordinator to maximize service sales and exceed guest expectations. You will be the first and last point of contact, handling scheduling, product recommendations, and checkout while supporting training and team huddles.

The role emphasizes exceptional guest service, accurate scheduling for each service technician, and maintaining the client database to drive repeat business.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or spa/salon environments preferred.
• Ability to manage scheduling and bookings.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.

The Client Coordinator maximize service sales within an Aveda Environmental Lifestyle Salon and Spa while exceeding guest expectation. The Client Coordinator is the first and last point of contact with our guests, from scheduling services, product sales, conflict resolution, escorting facility tours, maintaining client database, to final billing and checkout.
Part Time, less than 30 hours/week

Essential Functions

• Provide exceptional guest service to all customers. Greet guest and escort to waiting area. Schedule guest salon and spa services while implementing proper procedures. Educate guests on services and products to increase sales. Coordinate services and maximize bookings for each service technician. Close sales and encourage guests to pre-book services. Cross-sell services. Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings ;Huddles". Implement Aveda experience; philosophies. Responsible for inventory control. Execute standard telephone procedure using appropriate customer service etiquette. Perform appointment confirmations 24 hours prior to appointment schedule when needed. Resolve guest challenges. Responsible for balancing and checking register drawer. Other duties as assigned.
