PangeaTwo is seeking an Account Manager for Dental Technology to support dental practices nationwide in a fully remote capacity. You will nurture client relationships, understand insurance verification workflows, and work with our technology team to enhance processes and automation.

The role emphasizes curiosity, problem solving, and technical involvement beyond traditional administration, with opportunities to shape product and workflows within a growing tech space.

Qualifications

• Experience with insurance verification, preferably within a dental practice.
• Strong understanding of dental office workflows and the role verification plays in operations.
• Technically curious with an interest in software, automation, and technology-driven solutions.
• Able to translate customer needs into clear, actionable information for technical teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with an established portfolio of dental practice clients.
• Serve as the primary voice of the customer, communicating needs, challenges, and opportunities to the internal team.
• Develop understanding of client workflows, software capabilities, and insurance verification processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall workflow with clients.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable requirements for the technology team.
• Troubleshoot client questions and collaborate on effective solutions.
• Monitor client satisfaction, adoption, and success.
• Identify recurring issues or gaps and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership and technical teams to improve the customer experience.
• Stay curious about emerging technology and how automation can help dental offices.
• Participate in daily team meetings and communicate priorities.
