Job summary

iDentalSoft is seeking a client-facing specialist in Customer Success & Operations to support US dental practices using our cloud-based platform. You will handle inquiries, deliver remote training on features like Smart Scheduling and Intuitive Charting, and manage end-to-end revenue cycle tasks including dental billing and payment gateway operations.

The role requires IT/Networking skills, familiarity with healthcare/dental industries, and a background in Mac/Windows environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree; IT/CS or related technology preferred.
• Healthcare or dental insurance knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Experience with IT, Networking, SQL, or Mac/Windows environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact via phone and email to resolve inquiries from dentists and office staff regarding iDentalSoft software usage.
• Conduct remote training sessions on platform features, including Smart Scheduling and Intuitive Charting.
• Perform comprehensive dental billing services, including submitting claims (837D/EDI) to US insurance companies; follow up with carriers.
• Manage customer accounts on the iDentalPay payment gateway.
• Provide Tier 1 IT Support for hardware/software integration issues (installing software, drivers, configuring devices).
