Job summary

It’s A Secret Med Spa in Chandler, AZ is seeking a friendly Client Concierge to warmly greet clients, share knowledge about our services, and ensure a welcoming front-desk experience.

You will manage scheduling, assist providers, maintain a clean facility, and uphold patient confidentiality while delivering outstanding service; weekend availability is required.

This role offers competitive base pay with commission and benefits including health plans, 401k, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Willingness to work weekends.
• Experience in a med spa or medical office is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality per HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet clients in person and over the phone.
• Manage front desk duties including check-in/out and scheduling.
• Maintain a clean, professional environment throughout the facility.
• Assist providers and managers with appointment books and scheduling.
• Ensure the POS system accurately records client information and appointments.
• Follow company policies to ensure smooth location operations.

A Day in the Life of the Client Concierge

• Warmly greeting clients in person and over the phone. Providing basic knowledge and education about our wide variety of services.
• Manage front desk duties such as checking patients in/out, answering phone calls, greeting clients, overseeing inventory counts, and keeping supplies fully stocked while ensuring a positive and warm experience for our clients
• Maintain a clean and professional environment throughout the facility
• Assistant providers and managers with client scheduling and maintaining the appointment books.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure streamlined processes within the location
• Ensure POS system is managed effectively and accurately with all client appointment and employee information added.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

• Previous customer service experience (1 year) required
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends
• Previous experience working in a med spa or medical office preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multi-task while being attentive to clients and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative
• Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic personality with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
• Must Maintain patient/client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policy
• Must maintain a high level of integrity with a strong ethical foundation
• Must be able to reach above shoulder height, crawl, kneel, and push/pull up 50 lbs.
• Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Bilingual preference given
• Other duties as assigned
• Must work a minimum of 30 hours per week
