Broadcom in Melville, NY seeks a mid-level professional to manage and execute customer compliance reviews, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and licensing models.

You will collaborate with sales, legal, pricing and licensing, and software development to gather data, determine compliance, and present findings. The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 5+ years related experience, or master's degree with 3+ years related experience.
• Experience with software licensing/pricing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Mansioni

• Manage and execute customer compliance reviews and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with sales, legal, pricing & licensing, and software development to gather data and analyze compliance.
• Determine whether a customer is in compliance with their contract and present findings to the customer and sales.
• Coordinate scope of audits with Broadcom compliance teams and present to the customer.
• Develop remediation plans to recover any fees associated with contract compliance violations.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project/account status.
