Broadcom Inc. is seeking a Client Services Consultant – MSD Software Compliance to manage and execute customer compliance reviews, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and proper licensing models. You will collaborate with sales, legal, pricing, and software development; present findings to customers and Sr.

Management; contribute to remediation plans and audits as needed. This role demands strong communication, analytics, and process discipline.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience or master's degree and 3+ years of related experience.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience in software licensing/pricing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and execute customer compliance reviews to ensure contractual adherence.
Work with pricing and licensing to verify correct licensing models.
Gather and analyze information across sales, legal, pricing, and software development.
Present findings to customers and, if out of compliance, coordinate remediation with sales.
Lead audits with compliance teams and assist in scope discussions and customer communications.
Provide regular updates to Sr. Management on project/account status.
