Broadcom Inc. is seeking a Client Services Consultant – MSD Software Compliance to manage and execute customer compliance reviews, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and proper licensing models. You will collaborate with sales, legal, pricing, and software development; present findings to customers and Sr.

Management; contribute to remediation plans and audits as needed. This role demands strong communication, analytics, and process discipline.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience or master's degree and 3+ years of related experience.

Client Services Consultant – MSD Software Compliance

Job Profile Summary

In this customer facing position you will be responsible for the management and execution of customer compliance reviews with the goal of ensuring that customers are adhering to their contractual obligations and working with the pricing and licensing team to ensure that customers are leveraging the correct licensing model for the way they do business. You will work with a variety of resources across the company including sales, legal (internal & external), pricing & licensing, and software development to gather and analyze the information needed to determine whether a customer is in compliance of their contract. If you determine a customer is out of compliance, present your findings to the customer, working with sales. If an audit is necessary, you will work with compliance teams across Broadcom to determine the scope of the audit and present it to the customer. You will also work with sales & legal on remediation plans to recover any fees associated with the contract compliance violation. This is a very critical & visible role, and will require regular updates & presentations to Sr. Management, up to and including the division General Manager.

Requires daily decision-making capabilities and actions with minimal review by superiors. Provides regular updates to manager/leadership on project/account status.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is USD 73,100.00 To USD 117,000.00
