Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking an Associate Analyst in our Client Compensation Processing Operations team to ensure accurate and timely advisor commission payments. You will develop expertise in payout rules, sponsor setups, and billing processes while coordinating with internal partners and fund companies.

In this role you will handle inquiries, resolve complex compensation issues, and lead small projects that enhance advisor experience and streamline payment workflows across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations roles.
• Financial services experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree'

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in Client Compensation Operations processing and procedures.
• Serve as dedicated liaison, taking ownership of Client Compensation escalations.
• Process transactions with precision and ensure timely payments to advisors.
• Own and supervise multi-department projects to enhance experience workflows.
• Review audit controls to mitigate risk and increase transparency with audit partners.
• Assist with large-scale projects and transformation efforts to improve advisor experience.
