Job summary

LPL Financial in Fort Mill, SC seeks an Associate Analyst to support Client Compensation Processing Operations and expediting advisor commission payments. You will serve as a SME in payout rules, products and sponsors, and assist with billing of fees and expenses while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

In this role you will resolve complex commission problems, ensure timely payments, and help improve workflows and controls across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations roles.
• Financial services experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in Client Compensation Operations processing and procedures.
• Serve as dedicated liaison, taking ownership of Client Compensation escalations.
• Process transactions with precision and accuracy, ensuring accurate and timely payments flow to financial advisors and their firms.
• Own and supervise firm-wide, multi-department projects to build or enhance experience workflows related to the department.
• Proactively review audit controls to mitigate risk, remove redundant requirements, and increase transparency with audit partners.
• Proactively assist with large-scale projects and transformation efforts; plan and champion initiatives that enhance the advisor experience and positively impact the broader LPL organization.
