Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Sr. Manager, Client Integration Change Management to lead client-facing change initiatives during a multi-year Epic transformation. The role focuses on assessing client impacts, guiding external stakeholders, and ensuring adoption of new clinical and operational systems.

The position is largely remote with residency required in the Northeast and travel up to 25%. You will partner across teams to enable readiness and minimize disruption for clients and client-facing

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Change Management or Program Management within large organizations.
• Minimum 5 years of externally-facing change management leadership for multi-faceted tech implementations.
• Certification and proficiency in organizational change methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
• Ability to influence senior executives and communicate effectively.

Responsabilités

• Design and execute a client-facing change management strategy aligned with strategic goals.
• Serve as central point of contact balancing internal program needs and client stakeholders.
• Conduct change impact and stakeholder analyses to address resistance and risk.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess changes affecting clients and deploy assessments.
• Build engagement plans with Communications, Training, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
